The vaginal mesh seemed like the answer to every person’s problems. This mesh was to be inserted into the body and all of the pelvic issues a woman had were over. This was a great idea and answered the prayers of women the world over. That is until the first of thousands of vaginal mesh lawsuit claims were made. What has transpired is that the mesh has not been able to withstand being in the body for long periods of time. A woman will find that they start having medical complications because the mesh is breaking down.
Another major concern is that there is no way to reverse this issue without immense surgeries. The FDA, while they have not recalled the vaginal mesh, has stated that several surgeries are required to correct the issues caused by this device. Medical advice will need to be sought for any woman with problems caused by the vaginal mesh.
